SC COMBI-L SC-COMBI Control Unit

With an SC-COMBI control Unit it is possible to change from hot-cutting to cold-cutting and ultrasonic, simply by means of the multi-plug attachment fitted to this device.

The control-section contains a microprocessor, with memories and self-test diagnostic programme. Frequently used lengths can be stored in the machine’s memory for instant recall. The control section also contains the necessary power supply.

CUTTING MODULES-L
Designed with a horizontal path for heavy materials
Each of these cutting modules, which are designed for the SC-COMBI, use a D.C.Servo motor to measure the length of the material. The cutting action is pneumatic, and the forward speed for all cutting modules is 50cm/sec. A standard photocell ‘eye’ can be fitted to all cutting modules, this enables the modules to cut to a prefix mark.

SC 636 UPC-L is a 150mm wide cold cutting module with a 90 degree cut.
SC 636 UPCMW-L is a 150mm wide cold cutting module with alternating angles of +/- 45 degree.
SC 430 UPC-L is a 125mm wide hot cutting module with a 90 degree cut.
SC430 UPCMW-L is a 125mm wide hot cutting module with alternating angles of +/- 45 degree.
SC ULTRA UPC-L is an ultrasonic cutting or punching-module.

The cut can produce round corners and different shapes and with a special tool it can punch holes. With a 150W, 30kHZ ultrasonic generator: max. 30mm width cut. With a 600W, 30kHZ ultrasonic generator: max. 75mm width cut. With a 1200W, 20kHZ ultrasonic generator: max. 150mm width cut Please note that special modules can be fitted to the SC-COMBI control section, such as a punching section for making holes or a marking section for stamping a temporary sewing mark.
